Krzysztof Juchno: University Heights Office

Meet Krzysztof Juchno, our University Heights Office Branch Manager! He joined the Dollar Bank team in 2018.

“My favorite part of working at Dollar Bank is the people,” said Krzysztof. “I get to interact daily with so many great coworkers and have built wonderful relationships within the community as well.”

Krzysztof is committed to being a leader for his team and is invested in their success. “We work together to create a culture that enhances the team’s engagement and ultimately improves the customer experience.”

His biggest piece of advice is to take advantage of financial check-ups. “It’s up to us to be intentional with finding opportunities that help meet customer needs. One of my favorite resources we offer is financial check-ups. It allows our bankers to build relationships with our customers and use their knowledge to suggest ways to help improve our customers’ finances.”

Krzysztof spends most of his spare time with his 2 year old daughter. He also loves playing golf.
