Kimberly has almost 20 years of business banking experience. As a small business owner herself, she understands her customers’ needs firsthand and is committed to helping businesses succeed. Kimberly joined the Dollar Bank team in 2019 and values the close-knit, collaborative team environment.
Kimberly graduated from Chatham University with a BS in mathematics. She spends her spare time at her estate liquidation company or riding on her motorcycle.
Brad has 10 years of business and retail banking experience. He is dedicated to working closely with businesses to find the products and services that best meet their needs. Brad joined the Dollar Bank team in 2016 and values working for a local community bank with a family environment.
Brad graduated from Point Park University. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and coaching his kids’ youth sports teams.
DJ has been with Dollar Bank since 2013 where he started out as an assistant branch manager at the Squirrel Hill Office. He was promoted to branch manager of the Penn Hills Office in 2017 before making the transition to Business Banking. DJ loves working for Dollar Bank because of the customer-first culture.
DJ earned his MBA from Waynesburg University in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, spending time with his family, playing with his dog and watching sports.
Melissa started at Dollar Bank in 2003. She began her career in retail banking, managing several branches in the South Hills. As a branch manager, Melissa dedicated her time to many community events in Castle Shannon and Mt. Lebanon. She also assisted current business customers and successfully pursued new business opportunities.
After increasing experience with business development, Melissa transitioned over to the business banking team in 2020. Melissa is focused on her customers and takes the time to learn all about their businesses so she can best meet their needs. She loves the people of Dollar Bank and is proud to be a part of an institution with such a rich history.
Melissa graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a busy mom of three and enjoys spending time with her family, beach vacations, cooking and dancing.
Randy has 35 years of lending experience and has focused on business banking since 2002. He enjoys working with business owners in all industries and is dedicated to helping his customers, answering their questions and finding solutions that meet their specific needs. Randy has been a part of the Dollar Bank team since 2000 and values Dollar Bank’s customer-focused approach.
Randy earned his BS in Business from California University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time with his wife, their two daughters and son - and their active golden retriever, Berkley.
Kevin has 20 years of banking experience. Before transitioning to business banking, Kevin worked in branch management, which included consumer and business lending as well as treasury and team development. Kevin is dedicated to building long-term relationships with customers and working closely with them to best meet their needs. He joined the Dollar Bank team in 2019 and values the rich history and commitment to customer success.
Kevin graduated from Penn State University & Mercersburg Academy. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, crosswords and golfing.
Bill has almost 35 years of business banking experience and joined the Dollar Bank team in 2007. He is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with his customers and values Dollar Bank’s custom business banking solutions.
Bill received his BA in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated from the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. Bill enjoys farming, mountain biking and hiking.
Tom has both private and business banking experience. He specializes in small to midsize commercial real estate, residential investment properties and working capital lines of credit for all types of businesses. Tom joined the Dollar Bank team in 2012 and enjoys the collaborative environment and dedication to finding the best solutions for customers.
Tom is a graduate of Virginia Tech. In addition to spending time with his family, his hobbies include reading, golfing and running.
Myles has a wealth of banking experience. He began in retail banking as a branch manager in 2007, moving to business development in 2012 and then to business banking in 2018. Myles joined the Dollar Bank team in 2007 and values Dollar Bank’s leadership and customer commitment.
Myles graduated from Penn State University. He enjoys spending time with his family, flying as a private pilot and exercising.
Mark has a wealth of banking experience. He began his career in retail banking for 13 years, then worked in leasing for 10 years before transitioning to business banking in 2011. Mark prides himself on managing, maintaining and cultivating his relationships with businesses. He has been with Dollar Bank for almost 35 years and believes that Dollar Bank is as equally committed to our customers and surrounding communities.
Mark graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a marketing degree in 1988. He enjoys family vacations and officiating high school football as the “referee of his crew.”
Matt Phillips
Senior Vice President, Business Banking Regional Manager
Matt began with career with Dollar Bank in 2012 after his college graduation. He started as assistant branch manager at the Dollar Bank Crafton Office and was promoted to branch manager of the Braddock Hills Office in 2013. Matt further advanced his career with a transition to business banking in 2015. Matt enjoys Dollar Bank’s family culture, opportunities for growth and commitment to the local community.
Matt graduated from Slippery Rock University. He enjoys golfing, running, traveling and playing with his golden retriever, Thor.
Gary has more than 20 years of banking experience in retail banking management and small business development and lending. He started his career at Dollar Bank in 2001 and was a branch manager for multiple locations. After leaving to pursue another opportunity, Gary returned to Dollar Bank in 2014 to join the business banking team. He specializes in helping businesses with commercial lending. Gary values Dollar Bank’s focus on customer relations and the commitment to reliable products and solutions that best meet customer needs.
Gary graduated from Duquesne University. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and tennis and watching college football and basketball.
Matt has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry, providing privately held companies and nonprofits with solutions customized to their unique business model and industry. As part of the overall relationship, Matt works with the business owner to develop strategies for the success and growth of their personal wealth.
Matt is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a BS in finance. He enjoys hiking with his wife, golfing and reading.
Ross has more than a decade of banking experience across a range of areas including, regulatory finance, accounting, retail banking and small business lending.
He joined Standard Bank in 2019, where he worked in the Lawrenceville Office. His role progressed from retail banking to commercial credit and finally, to his current role in business lending. Ross joined the Dollar Bank team in 2022 when the two banks combined. He values Dollar Bank's mutual structure, which lends to a customer-first approach to banking and the ability to find the best solution for his customers' needs.
Ross is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he studied finance. He enjoys golf, traveling, watching sports and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Tom has more than 30 years of banking experience in retail banking and small business lending. He worked for 17 years with Standard Bank, focusing primarily on business lending, and joined Dollar Bank when the two banks combined. Tom values Dollar Bank’s commitment to meeting the needs of small businesses and investment real estate customers.
Tom enjoys traveling with his wife, running, playing golf and reading.
