ClickSWITCH is an automated account switching solution that simplifies the direct deposit process, making it easy for you to switch your direct deposit to a new or different financial institution. You can also switch other automatic payments like Social Security. Plus, automatically apply new debit or credit card information across your favorite subscription and digital point of sale (POS) services (Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, etc.) in a single place.*
Submitting a direct deposit switch can take as little as about 90 seconds. Once submitted, ClickSWITCH provides a status page where you can review the most current information regarding your switch. The length of time it takes for a switch to be fully processed depends on a variety of factors, but it ranges from one to two pay cycles. For subscription service switches, it takes only 24 hours for these card payment information updates to be sent to the subscription providers. Depending on the provider, the payment change will take effect within one to two billing cycles. Check with your subscription provider if you need to confirm the update.
If you opt in to alert emails or SMS messages, you can receive updates about your switches. If not, log in to the ClickSWITCH portal to view a switch status.

When you open your account in a Dollar Bank office, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the free ClickSWITCH portal. Online Bill Pay

You can also make payments, transfers and view account activity online with Dollar Bank Online Banking or our mobile app

Pay routine bills like your mortgage or car payment the easy way - have them automatically deducted from your account! To switch automatic payments not covered through ClickSWITCH to your Dollar Bank account, update your payment information through your online account for the biller. If you had your automatic payments set up through your previous financial institution's online bill pay, you can set up the billers through Dollar Bank's Online Bill Pay by logging in to Online Banking and going to Pay Bills > My Other Bills.

Early Pay

If you have a Dollar Bank personal checking or savings account, you can receive your direct deposits up to two business days earlier than the standard deposit schedule with Early Pay!**

This service is available for all personal checking or savings account holders in good standing who set up direct deposits for payroll, military pay, tax refunds, government benefits and pensions.  

To take advantage of this service, simply ensure your direct deposits are set up with your Dollar Bank personal checking or savings account. There’s no enrollment needed and no cost to you!

The timing of when a transaction is credited is based upon when the payer submits the payment instructions to Dollar Bank. Early Pay is not a guarantee that you will receive your direct deposit earlier than your scheduled pay date and Early Pay may be delayed due to unanticipated circumstances.
