Katie Muick: Robinson Office & Loan Center Branch Manager

Meet Katie Muick, our Robinson Office & Loan Center Branch Manager! Katie began working at Dollar Bank in 2011 as a teller at our Lebanon Shops Office. After having twins in 2013, she took a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom to her four children and then returned to Dollar Bank in 2016.

Katie is proud of Dollar Bank’s commitment to customer service. “We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers’ needs and assisting in ensuring their financial success. It is my hope that this pride is demonstrated any time a customer visits any of our branches, particularly my own in Robinson.” She also values Dollar Bank’s dedication to employees and their career development opportunities. “I truly enjoy spending time with each of my team members to assist in their growth and development in their role at Dollar Bank.”

Katie loves her job as a branch manager because she is able to engage with both employees and customers to create a positive, welcoming environment for all. “It is my job to ensure that every customer who enters our branch has a positive, welcoming experience.” As part of her focus on the best customer experience, Katie is dedicated to providing customers with the financial tools they need for success. “We truly want the best for our customers and have nothing but their best interest in mind as we assist them along their financial journey.”

Katie enjoys spending her time at her kids’ sporting events (basketball, soccer, baseball and softball) and will even be coaching her daughter’s softball team this year. Her family also enjoys playing with their dog, Ollie.
