There are three easy ways to help make a difference.
1. Zelle®
If you've never used Zelle® before, it's easy to enroll!
- Log in to Online Banking or our mobile app and go to the Zelle® tab.
- Add a new Zelle® trusted contact.
- Send your new Zelle® contact $5 or more.
2. Online Bill Pay
There are three ways to use Online Bill Pay as a qualifying transaction:
- Log in to Online Banking or our mobile app and go to Pay Bills > Sign up for Payments .
1. Add and Pay a New Bill Pay Payee
- New Payee must be added before January 31, 2026.
- Payment must be scheduled and complete before January 31, 2026.
- Bill Pay Payment must be $10 or more.
2. Activate a new eBill.
- Look for the Activate eBill or Get eBills link by the payee name to tell if they're eligible.
3. Set up a new Autopay (recurring payment).
3. My Cards
Managing your cards digitally is easy! You can even manage spending on multiple cards.
- Log in to Online Banking or our mobile app and go to My Cards.
- Add your Dollar Bank debit or credit card if you have not done so and choose Controls & Alerts.
- Enable any of the categories to set up a control: Locations, Merchant Types, Transaction Types or Spend Limits.

Zelle® is a fast and easy way for Dollar Bank customers to send money directly between almost any bank account in the U.S., typically within minutes**. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money from your Dollar Bank account to people you trust with an eligible bank account in the U.S.
*Between 11/1/2025 and 1/31/2026, $1 will be donated to Youth Enrichment Services (PA and MD), CHN Housing Services (OH) or CHIP of South Hampton Roads (VA) each time a consumer performs one of the qualifying transactions. Qualifying transactions (Bill Pay): Add and pay a new Bill Pay payee. New payee must be added during the campaign time period, payment must be scheduled and completed during campaign time period, and Bill Pay payment must be $10 or more. Or, activate a new eBill, or set up a new Autopay or recurring payment. Qualifying transactions (Zelle®): Add and pay a new Zelle® contact. New Zelle® contact must be added during campaign time period, Zelle® transaction must be scheduled and completed during campaign time period and Zelle® transaction must be $5 or more. Qualifying Zelle® payments must be paid to a person different from the Zelle® account holder. Qualifying transactions: (Digital Card Management) CardHub: Set up a control with My Cards.
Maximum donation is $15,000 total for all campaign participants. Your Dollar Bank account must be in good standing. Business accounts are excluded. Employees of Fiserv, Inc. and of Dollar Bank and their respective parent and affiliate companies, as well as board members and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Rules are subject to change without notice.
**To send or receive money with Zelle®, both parties must have an eligible checking or savings accounts. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes.
