When will I receive my new contactless card?
You will receive your new contactless debit card when your current debit card expires. If you would like to request a contactless debit card sooner, please visit your local Dollar Bank office or call Customer Service at 1-800-242-2265, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If your card is lost or stolen, call 1-800-242-2265.
Can I still pay by inserting or swiping my new contactless card?
Yes, you can still pay by all the ways you do today. Insert or swipe your card, shop online or make mobile payments with Google Pay™, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay.
