Dollar Bank Opens Lynnhaven and Great Neck Offices
Dollar Bank is pleased to announce the opening of its Lynnhaven Office and Great Neck Office, its two newest locations in the Hampton Roads community, located at 839 Lynnhaven Parkway, Virginia Beach and 1344 North Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach, respectively.

Erika Thompson, Branch Manager, Lynnhaven and Tamala Olszewski, Branch Manager, Great Neck, oversee these full-service locations, complete with seasoned, non-commissioned personnel to meet customers’ banking needs. Thompson stated, “We are excited to expand our footprint in Virginia and are eager to demonstrate the exceptional service we provide for our customers. We’re proud of our mutual heritage which has always emphasized customer needs. In addition, with these two locations, we’re thrilled to be able to add eight new jobs to the region.”
The Lynnhaven and Great Neck Offices reflect Dollar Bank’s “branch of the future” concept, allowing all transactions to be accomplished using Personal Teller Machines (PTMs). PTMs feature real Dollar Bank tellers that communicate via video with customers at the machine either in-branch or at the drive-thru. The PTMs also function as ATMs to dispense cash or accept a simple deposit 24/7.
Both offices have lobby office hours Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Drive-thrus utilizing PTMs offer extended hours with a live teller Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
