Vendor Communication Permission

As part of this application, I/we have the option to authorize Dollar Bank to communicate the loan decision (approval or denial), the approved credit limit and date of card opening directly to the vendor whose code was entered or the vendor through whose website I/we was/were referred. The purpose of this consent is to expedite vendor projects or services. I/we understand that I/we am/are not required to authorize Dollar Bank to communicate directly with any vendor or other party as a condition of my/our credit card application.

I/we agree that I/we authorize Dollar Bank to communicate the credit decision (approved/denied), my/our approved credit limit (if any) and the date of card opening directly to the vendor whose code was entered or the vendor through whose website I/we was/were referred.
