Vilma joined Dollar Bank in 2026, drawn by the institution’s unwavering commitment to its customers and the local community. A proud alumna of Old Dominion University and Tidewater Community College, her dedication to the region extends far beyond the bank. She currently serves as a commissioner for the Mayor’s Commission on Housing for the City of Norfolk and holds the role of treasurer for the Tidewater Community College Alumni Board.
