Joanie Needham
Joanie joined the Dollar Bank Private Banking team in 2021, bringing more than 40 years of retail, business, and commercial banking industry experience. She takes great pride in providing excellent customer service to her clients, conducting business at their convenience in their home or office. Joanie works closely with financial advisors and investment managers, helping provide the best banking products to meet their clients’ needs, including deposit accounts, lines of credit and mortgages.
An active and dedicated member of the local community, she currently serves on the following boards and committees:

- Together We Can Foundation/Smart Transitions
- Chrysler Museum Development Committee
Joanie resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and horse racing.
