Hi, I'm Steven. I've been in the business for over 25 years. I was Vice President of Lending for 15 years at Progressive Home Federal, a small local institution in the South Hills of Pittsburgh for over 70 years before we merged with Dollar Bank in 2016. I have experience in all types of lending, but my focus is providing mortgages, including first-time homebuyer programs, income-based lending products, construction mortgages and loans to rehab a home or for other improvements. I also have knowledge in programs that have closing cost and down payment assistance for certain borrowers.
