How can you connect your debit card to Venmo or Cash App?
Dollar Bank customers are encouraged to use Zelle through Online Banking. If you wish to use other options such as Cash App, Paypal and Venmo, visit P2P Payments for instructions on how to connect your debit card to these peer-to-peer payment services.
Is check writing allowed on Independence Checking?
Yes, check writing is available on an Independence Checking Account. Plus, you’ll get 50% off of the cost of your checks when you order through our check partner, Deluxe®.
What happens when I turn 25 years old?
Before turning 25, Dollar Bank will mail you a letter with details about your account transition. Your Independence Checking Account will automatically convert to a qualifying checking account based on the activity on your Independence Checking Account.
