  • $1,800 a day Intensive Care Confinement 

Up to $12,600 per week, with a maximum benefit of $657,000 per 365-day period

  • $900 a day Hospital Confinement

Up to $6,300 per week, with a maximum benefit of $328,500 per 365-day period

  • $450 a day Emergency Room Treatment
