To enroll in Business Online Banking, please bring the following to your nearest Dollar Bank office:
- Proof of Identification
- Business Taxpayer Identification Number
- The exact company name listed on your Dollar Bank Business Banking Account
- Your Business Banking Account Number
- The e-mail address you provided at account opening
Please note: You must be a business owner on the account to sign up for Business Online Banking.
Visit a branch: Find a Dollar Bank office near you or schedule an appointment to start the Business Online Banking enrollment process. After you have completed all the necessary paperwork at your local Dollar Bank office, your Business Online Banking enrollment request will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Access Business Online Banking: Once your account setup is complete, we will contact you to assist with your first-time login. With Business Online and Mobile Banking, you can easily manage your cash flow from anywhere on your computer, tablet or phone.
