Dollar Bank awarded $825,000 to more than 50 Pennsylvania organizations through the states Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.

Dollar Bank, Federal Savings Bank announced today that Robert E. Blackham, Chair of Roetzel and Andress, has been named Chairman of the Dollar Bank and Dollar Mutual Bancorp Board of Directors.

On October 22, the Dollar Bank Foundation presented the Plum Borough School District with a $10,000 grant to the Plum Mustang Foundation to support the Rachels Challenge initiative, marking the third consecutive year of Dollar Banks generous and meaningful support of the Rachels Challenge programs across all five of our districts schools.

In October 2023, the Dollar Bank Foundation made a $10,000 contribution to the Chesapeake Public Schools Educational Foundation. The funds will bring new and impactful programs to students in two schools within the Chesapeake public school system.

From November 2023 to February 2024, customer transactions helped Dollar Bank truly make a difference for children in need. In its third year, through this annual campaign $1 is donated to select local nonprofits for each qualifying customer Zelle or Bill Pay transaction. At the campaigns end, $15,000 was raised to benefit charities from Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia that focus on helping children in need.
