If you have been impacted by Hurricane Ian, we encourage you to contact federal, state and local governmental offices to explore recovery assistance programs that may be offered. 

If you have property damage, please reach out to your insurance carrier as soon as possible. This will start the property claim process and begin an evaluation of the damage to your property. After you start the claims process, call our Customer Relations Department at 1-800-242-2265, Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, or e-mail us at customerrelations@dollarbank.com so that we may guide you through the process. 

Once an assessment has been completed by your insurance carrier, a claim check/draft made payable to you and possibly Dollar Bank, FSB or Dollar Bank Servicing Center may be issued. If applicable, the check will need to be sent to the below address for processing and fund distribution:

If your insurance company provides you a copy of the claim detail, please include this with your check.
