Kim Tillotson-Fleming Elected to Dollar Bank Board of Directors

Hefren-Tillotson Chairman Shares Community-Oriented Philosophy of the Country’s Largest Mutual Bank

Kimberly Tillotson-Fleming, Chairman and CEO of Hefren-Tillotson, Inc., was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Dollar Bank. A Chartered Financial Analyst®, Ms. Tillotson-Fleming heads a privately held Pittsburgh-based firm offering comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals, foundations, trusts and qualified retirement plans.

"Kim has the mix of business acumen and community sensitivity that we look for in a Board member," said Bob Oeler, Dollar Bank’s President and CEO. "She has been recognized for her accomplishments in business, and her service on civic and non-profit boards gives her a first-hand view of community needs," Oeler continued. Ms. Tillotson-Fleming is Treasurer of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, Finance Chair for the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and serves on the boards of the Buhl Foundation, Civic Light Opera and UPMC Health Plan. She has served on the capital campaign committees for the Children's Hospital, the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. She has been recognized as one of the "Top 25 Women in Business" by the Pittsburgh Business Times and was chosen as one of "Pennsylvania’s 50 Best Women in Business." She was also a recipient of the YWCA’s "Tribute to Women Leadership Award."
